The MindBodySpirit Festival offers a number of speaking and performing opportunities. 

The MindBodySpirit Festival is non-judgemental and open-minded and we encourage new inspiring concepts, fun performances and alternative practices.

In support of the wider wellbeing community, these presenting opportunities do not currently attract a fee to the presenter or the audience.

Applying does not guarantee you a spot. We will be in touch with you within 2 weeks of the deadline date, if you are successful.

Performance and Speaker opportunities are NOT paid, and any associated expenses must be covered by the successful applicant.

Terms & Conditions
- Interstate applicants are responsible for any travel related expenses and will not be covered by the Organiser.
- International applicants are responsible for their working visa, tax requirements, health insurance and all travel expenses. Successful applicants must submit these documents to the organiser immediately after being notified of sessions to secure their contract.
- It is highly recommended that all successful applicants organise their own Public Liability Insurance prior to their session. This is especially applicable to applicants that will be involving the audience in physical activities.
- Successful applicants that subsequently withdraw from their allocated session time/s less than 3 weeks prior to the Festival, will not be considered for any future Festivals. This also includes applicants that are a ‘no-show’ on the day.
- Applicants must be available for a minimum of two Festival days.
- Successful applicants from previous Festivals or Exhibitors are not guaranteed session times on the schedule. The organiser considers a variety of factors when rebooking; feedback from previous performances, audience participation and engagement, topic relevance and living the MBS values and ethos.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree that acceptance is at the sole discretion of the Organiser and may be refused or revoked at any time.

Performance Spaces

Main Stage

Seats~100 visitors within the festival floor allowing visitors walking past the opportunity to stop and listen. A Main Stage presentation is 45 minutes in length.

This stage features inspiring talks, panel discussions and interactive sessions focussed on wellness, spirituality, personal growth and holistic health. We're looking for engaging speakers who are passionate about sharing knowledge, insights and experiences.

Soul Kitchen

The Soul Kitchen is an interactive demonstration stage dedicated to the best in healthy food, recipes and nutritional advice.

Demonstrations are 60 minutes in length including set-up and pack down. The area seats 50-60 visitors and is located within the Festival floor.

Please ensure you have a valid Food Handling Certificate.

Healing Hub

Healing Hub workshops seat ~10-15 visitors within the festival floor allowing for a quieter space for connection and experiences. A Healing Hub workshop is 1hour in length. 

Dedicated to healing experiences and workshops. We're looking for facilitators and space holders offering modalities such as: meditation, breathwork, qi gong, sound healing, ceremonies, etc

Enchanted Garden

Seeking musicians/performers who can help create a vibrant, soulful and uplifting energy through the show floor.

Workshops

Interactive lessons and activities.

The workshop space provides an intimate environment where visitors can experience a hands-on interactive class. For example; Henna, smudge stick workshops, flower crown making and much more! Workshops run for 60 minutes and are designed to be interactive allowing visitors to get involved. The workshop space has a seating capacity of 50–60 people.
