My name is Lisa Jade The Transparent Medium an Evidential Medium, Psychic and Tarot card reader.
Here is a little bit of my story and what I do. I haven’t always done this work, I was a Palliative nurse for more than 20 years but 8 years ago I found that my gift was getting stronger and stronger and I couldn’t ignore it anymore. I threw myself into opening up my spiritual side and here I am today. I now do this work full time and left my nursing behind. I am located in the outer south east in Beaconsfield. I offer Tarot Card Readings, Healings, Meditation, Workshops and of course my favourite spiritual work, Mediumship.
I love connecting my clients to their loved ones and giving them beautiful messages that only they understand. Seeing my clients walk out the door lighter and happier and less burdened than when they walked in is very rewarding.
