Over the last 20 years, we have built up a large number of hives along the East Coast of the country. WE specialise in single-origin Raw Honey. That means each of our 20+ honeys has its own unique flavour depending on the flora the bees have had access to. Much like fine wine, Raw honey tastes different depending on the site and the species of Flora. We also provide 4 of the most potent active honeys available in Australia (Manuka, Marri Red gum, One-sided bottlebrush, and the incredible Late Season Jarrah, regarded by many as the strongest active honey available anywhere in the world today!) We also bring to our markets and events Bee Pollen, which is nature's Ultimate superfood. All of our honeys are 100% RAW. They have never been heated above 35C, the temperature at which most of the amazing enzymes that make honey so good for you start to be destroyed. Our honeys are lightly filtered All our products are sold only in Glass jars. Every product we sell is in reusable and recyclable packaging. Our philosophy is to achieve total carbon neutrality.
