Sunghue Chilli Sauce is unlike any other. It is thick and jammy not crunchy, slow simmered not fried to bring out its delicious intense smokey flavour. There is nothing quite like it. Its so verstile as a dipping sauce, added to stir fries, in soups and stews and as a marinade base.
