Exhale & Co offers 9D Breathwork experiences designed to support people in reducing stress, calming busy minds, releasing built-up emotions and creating greater connection with their nervous system. Founded by Ash after discovering Breathwork through her own mental health journey, Exhale & Co was created from a genuine passion for showing others just how powerful our own breath can be. Offering group, 1:1, private and children’s sessions, there are different styles of 9D Breathwork to suit different needs — from gentle down-regulating experiences focused on rest and nervous system support, through to deeper emotional release journeys. Ash is especially passionate about bringing simple breathing and emotional regulation tools into the wider community and teaching children techniques they can carry with them into everyday life. At Exhale & Co, the experience goes beyond the session itself. Support begins before you arrive and continues afterwards, creating a space where you feel informed, supported and comfortable throughout the entire experience.
