How do I get to the Festival?

Visit the Getting There page for all public transport and parking options.

Can I buy from the stallholders at the Festival?

Yes! Exhibitors will be selling their products at the Festival, often at a special Festival price! Note: Some stalls are cash only and do not have EFTPOS facilities.

How do I pre-book a reading in the Psychic Reading Room?

Psychic Reading Room pre-bookings are usually available online 3-4 weeks out from the Festival. The first 2 sessions of each day are available for pre-bookings. All other sessions can be booked on arrival to the Festival.

Is there a cost to attend one of the seminars or workshops?

Most seminars are included in your ticket price and seating is available on a ‘first come first served’ basis.
Workshops and Private Group Audiences are ticketed and available to purchase when booking your Festival tickets.

Are there cloakroom facilities?

No, there are no cloakroom facilities available onsite.

I purchased a ticket online, however I have lost/did not receive the ticket email - what do I do?

Firstly, please check your junk email box as the email may have been sent there. If it is not there please email the team: mbsfestival@eea.net.au

How do I change the day of my ticket?

Festival Entry Ticket? Your Festival entry ticket will work on any day or time, so there is no need to change ticket details.

VIP Experiences, Workshops, Private Group Audience or any other paid session? Please email the team, including your full name, workshop and booking day/time: mbsfestival@eea.net.au

I need general help/information regarding my ticket where do I go?

Can children attend the Festival?

Yes! Children aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult, but do not require a registered ticket.
