Thanks Darl

We make healthy nut bars in Byron Bay using premium ingredients like pecans, hazelnuts and macadamias. They're made by hand and then baked in our oven named Arthur to get them chewy, crunchy and a tiny bit sweet. We call them Darl Bars because my wife Laura and I call each other darl, and she gave me the idea to start making them back in 2020. It took 237 recipe experiments to finalise our recipes, and we're still tweaking and improving. We now have 4 flavours – Caramel Pecan, Dark Chocolate Hazelnut, Dark Chocolate Sour Berry, and our newest addition and my personal favourite, Lemon Macadamia. Our goal with Thanks Darl is to make snacking exciting and rid the world of bland, sugary snacks once and for all!
