Hi, I am Maggy, your non-diet Dietitian!

I am a certified dietitian with a passion for the human body and its health. My experience has taught me that diet doesn’t always work. That’s why I am here to help you create healthy habits that align with your body’s needs. Our bodies have a way of telling us what’s good for us and what isn’t, and that’s where long-term success comes from.

Non-diet dietitian, what does it mean?
This means that I don’t believe in diets. A diet is a quick solution that will not solve the problem. That’s why you won’t get a prescribed diet from me, I can’t give you a tool whose lasting results I don’t believe in. Instead, I will help you work on your habits to achieve long-term results.

I guide and support people in:
– Creating healthy habits that best suit the body’s needs
– Achieving sustainable fat loss
– Eating healthy without dieting
– Building confidence and feeling great in your body
