10 questions you should ask when engaging in a building designer

These are the pancakes you have been searching your whole life for, Gluten-free Vegan Buckwheat and Chai Pancakes! Perfect for when you feel like a treat or as a surprise for a loved one for a special breakfast!


★ 1 cup Buckwheat Flour
★ 1 tbsp Baking Powder
★ 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
★ 2 tbsp N+N Chai organic drinking chocolate
★ Pinch of Salt
★ 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
★ 1 cup Coconut Milk
★ 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
★ Vegan butter for frying (or coconut oil if preferred)


Place the buckwheat flour, baking powder, coconut sugar, N+N Chai organic drinking chocolate and salt in a large bowl and combine.

Whisk the coconut oil, coconut milk and vanilla in a small bowl.

Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients, and pour the wet ingredients into it. Mix everything until it is well combined.

Set the mixture aside for 10minutes. Whilst set aside, heat the frying pan with vegan butter at medium-high heat.

Add 2 tablespoon portions of the pancake batter to the frying pan and cook the first side until bubbles start to appear (approx. 2-3minutes). Flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes, then transfer to a plate and enjoy!

Tip: Drizzle with N+N Organic Chocolate Sauce to finish!
