☆. 4 cup gluten-free oats
☆. 2 cup nuts
☆. ¼ cup black sesame seeds
☆. ¼ cup each coconut oil, maple syrup and almond butter
☆. ¾ cup Chai Addict
☆. ¼ tsp salt
☆. ¼ cup each pepitas and sunflower seeds
☆. ¼ cup each goji berries and dates
Optional: buckinis, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, puffed millet

Makes 14 serves

  1. Preheat your oven at 175ºC. Combine oats, nuts and sesame in a bowl.
  2. The sauce: Heat coconut oil, maple syrup, almond butter, Chai Addict and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer, stir until combined then remove from heat. Pour sauce over the nuts and oats and mix well to combine.
  3. Bake it: Spread evenly on a baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally until the grains and nuts are thoroughly toasted. Remove from the oven, stir and cool.
  4. To serve: Enjoy as a snack with yoghurt or with Spiced Chai poached pears.
