Ingredients:

  • 50ml whisky
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 slice lemon
  • 150ml hot water
  • 1 cinnamon stick (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Pour the whisky into a heatproof glass or mug.
  2. Add the honey and stir until it dissolves.
  3. Squeeze in the lemon juice and drop the slice into the glass.
  4. Top up with hot water and stir well.
  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired. Enjoy!

2. Mulled Wine

  2. Heat gently over low heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
  3. Once warmed through, remove from heat and add brandy if using.

3. Irish Coffee

For those who enjoy a bit of caffeine with their cocktail, Irish Coffee is the perfect blend of rich coffee, smooth Irish whisky, and sweetened cream. It’s a great way to end a meal or start a cosy evening indoors.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Irish whisky
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 120ml hot coffee
  • Freshly whipped cream

Instructions:

  1. Pour the Irish whisky into a warm glass or mug.
  2. Add the brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
  3. Pour in the hot coffee and mix well.
  4. Gently float the whipped cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
