You Are The Plant

You Are The Plant creates organic herbal infusions, caffeine-free chai blends and botanical elixirs inspired by the wisdom of plants and the rituals of everyday life. We believe herbs don't need to be complicated or clinical – they can simply become part of how we nourish, restore and connect with ourselves each day. Every blend is thoughtfully formulated using high-quality organic botanicals, with each ingredient chosen for its traditional use, flavour and purpose. From calming evening infusions and grounding chai to vibrant seasonal blends and handcrafted elixirs, our range invites you to slow down, sip intentionally and discover what plants can offer. Based in the Hawkesbury, NSW, You Are The Plant is a small Australian business built around connection – to plants, to ourselves and to each other. Come and meet Rita and the team at the Mind Body Spirit Festival, explore the range, taste something new and find the blend that speaks to you.
