Esag was established in July 2022 when a group of people met to discuss ways to form and maintain community around artmaking. Meetings initially were held in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, with plans for: Still life drawing and painting Collage-making Excursions to public and commercial galleries Lessons Pottery Exhibitions Giving and receiving feedback about completed work Sourcing and storing art materials
