A deliciously rich, nutty (and arguably much better) spin on the cult classic Espresso Martini using smooth cold drip coffee blended with native Australian adaptogenic mushrooms by Holy Joe.
So what’s the secret recipe to this holy grail?
INGREDIENTS:
45ml Mac. by Brookie’s Gin (or similar Liqueur).
60ml cold Holy Joe Coffee (original or decaf)
30ml Dry Gin
10ml sweetener if desired.
TO MAKE:
Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker & strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with grated cacao/ dark chocolate or coffee beans.
