Make your morning work for you. We are all so beautifully unique and lead different lives, so why would our morning routines look the same? Devise a routine that is practical for you!<\/p>\n<p>#2. Start the night before. A day unplanned often leads us fumbling from one activity to the next and wondering where the day went. Layout those exercise clothes, put out that meditation cushion and have the smoothie ingredients ready to go.<\/p>\n<p>#3. Mornings are our most productive time of the day. In the morning our cortisol is the highest so ideally, this is when you have the most energy and motivation. It\u2019s great to use the mornings to proverbially, \u201ceat that frog\u201d and tackle the harder tasks first.<\/p>\n<p>#4. Get inspired! Pick a selection of the following ideas to create a morning routine that gets you excited to jump out of bed;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>MOVE<\/p>\n<p>Starting your day with a workout, stretch or a walk around the block, undeniably has its benefits, mentally and physically. Other activities could include;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exercise class<\/li>\n<li>Movement you enjoy<\/li>\n<li>Weights<\/li>\n<li>Foam roll<\/li>\n<li>Movement in nature<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>REFLECT<\/p>\n<p>A combination of the following will allow you to regroup, rethink and reflect;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meditation<\/li>\n<li>Gratitude<\/li>\n<li>Visualization<\/li>\n<li>Affirmations<\/li>\n<li>Journaling<\/li>\n<li>Reading<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>NOURISH<\/p>\n<p>Your body is your temple so ensure you nourish it before you get your day started;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tongue scrape<\/li>\n<li>Oil pull<\/li>\n<li>Hydrate<\/li>\n<li>Self-massage\/ dry brushing<\/li>\n<li>Nourishing breakfast (see our balanced brekky bowl)<\/li>\n<li>Consuming inspirational content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>#5.
