After living with 13 complex food intolerances herself, Julie-Ann understands how exhausting it is to crave food, react to it, then question your own body. Her work focuses on practical, steady nutrition that supports digestion, hormones, energy, and metabolic health without fear or extreme restriction. Through education, gentle food resets, and personalised coaching, she helps women identify triggers, understand food intolerance thresholds, and rebuild trust in their bodies. Her approach blends science, lived experience, and realistic strategies that fit real life. Julie-Ann is the author of Why Can’t I Eat This? Living with Food Intolerances Without Losing Out on Flavour and the creator of supportive programs designed to make everyday eating feel calmer and more confident.
