Enokido Miso

Enokido Miso produces artisanal miso handmade in Sydney.

Our family-made miso is carefully crafted using 100% local organically produced ingredients and unpasteurized methods.

Originally a sushi chef trained in Tokyo, Shinji prides on authenticity in his food preparation.
Enokido miso uses techniques and recipes that have been passed on the generations in Japan, within the Hiraoka family. Today, we continue this tradition, handcrafting miso in Sydney carrying the name of my mother.
