Serve with a side salad with hummus or chutney.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2605 2 sweet potatoes (chopped)<br \/>\n\u2605 \u00bd cup grated carrot<br \/>\n\u2605 \u00bd cup grated beetroot<br \/>\n\u2605 \u00bd cup grated zucchini<br \/>\n\u2605 \u00bd cup finely chopped broccoli<br \/>\n\u2605 A handful of chopped continental parsley and basil<br \/>\n\u2605 Pinch of salt and pepper<br \/>\n\u2605 1 egg<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 180\u02daC.<\/li>\n<li>Heat a large pot of water over a high heat and bring to the boil.
