{"id":2359,"date":"2016-04-12T01:38:45","date_gmt":"2016-04-12T01:38:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mbsfestival.com.au\/?p=2359"},"modified":"2016-04-12T01:38:45","modified_gmt":"2016-04-12T01:38:45","slug":"recipe-protein-parfait","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mbsfestival.com.au\/melbourne\/blog\/recipe-protein-parfait","title":{"rendered":"Recipe: Protein Parfait"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This\u00a0delicious, nutritious parfait is packed full of protein &#8211; perfect for a post workout feast!<\/p>\n<p>Makes:\u00a0<em>2 servings<\/em><br \/>\nTime taken:\u00a010<em>\u00a0minutes<\/em><br \/>\nLevel of difficulty:\u00a0<em>Easy!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2605\u00a0300g sheep\u2019s yoghurt or yoghurt of your choice<\/p>\n<p>\u2605\u00a030mL agave nectar<\/p>\n<p>\u2605 1 tsp vanilla extract<\/p>\n<p>\u2605 20g flaked almonds, toasted<\/p>\n<p>\u2605 20g pumpkin seeds, toasted<\/p>\n<p>\u2605 20g chia seeds<\/p>\n<p>\u2605 20g flax seeds<\/p>\n<p>\u2605 1\u20442 tsp cinnamon<\/p>\n<p>\u2605 Sprinkle of ground cloves<\/p>\n<p>\u2605 Pinch of salt (iodised or Himalayan)<\/p>\n<p>\u2605 200g mixed berries<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a medium bowl, whisk together the yoghurt, agave nectar and vanilla. Pour into a jug and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In another bowl, mix together the nuts, seeds and spices with a pinch of salt.<\/li>\n<li>Set out two glasses.
